Running automation scripts using test runner throws errors

Hi,

I have 4 test suites and a test suite that contains some common test cases (which I re-use in my other test suites). When I individually run the test suites, they pass. But, when I pass them to the testrunner.sh or testrunner.bat file by giving the test suite names separately, I get errors. Any idea why?
