Route request to live url if it has certain Data .........

My scenario is that i have limited number of Data that will generate response in third party application. So i am virtualizing the interaction with my 3rd party application. However if the request has certain data i want to route the request to live url capture the live response and send it back.

How can i achieve it. I have attached a quick visio of what i am trying to achieve
