[R]Linux version is generating CPU load when idle all the ti

See attached picture. There is SoapUI running, it's idle but it consumes 100% of one CPU Core. This load is not 100% all the time, it oscilates from 25-100, but Windows version do not have this probl...

Disabling Browser and it's Plugins made the trick, thanks.
This information should be more exposed because it is really pain
