[Resolved] SOAPUIPro v3.6.1 startup runtime error

Ran the installer, started soapUI, same error, rebooted, started soapUI, same error.

The intermittent nature of the freezing seems to have gone away thou, now the freezing is consistent. The application doesn't appear to be hung, but clicking around on the UI has no effect.
