Reported Delay step time varies in a load test
I have a Delay step at the end of a load test (Simple strategy controlled by number of total runs), but the test reports varying min/max times for the step (see attachment.) Why would this occur?

I have sent a pared-down project to the SmartBear support email.
I am using a home-grown Rendezvous step in this project which holds x number of execution threads until they reach that step, but I tried using it within a simpler test case and did not see any issues.
