Your answer is for Git, but I am using Perforce. It appears that there are no integrations for Perforce at the moment.

I believe you could try 'commit' from the Project level, it would list all the test suites and test cases in your project and you can choose to commit just the one that you made changes to or the test cases/suites that you would like to commit. Under the details, click 'view' and see what's modified. Here is the documentation link:
