Ready API 2.7.0 and -Dfile.encoding=UTF8

I wanted to know if we will still need to add the "-Dfile.encoding=UTF8" information to the ReadyAPI.vmoptions options file after upgrading to the 2.7.0 release.   Thanks for any input!
