trial to Pro license
I was previously using the trial version. I now have a Pro license. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but never am prompted for the license. What am I missing?

Your trial license is valid for 14 days, it could be the case that it hasn't asked you for the license since the trial is still valid.
Regardless, you should be able to input the PRO license by the update license function located in the help tab.
