Property Transfers

List of transfers would be nice to load from file. Eg. situation i have 87 Excel DataSink Names (which i can load from file) which i want to populate with Property Transfers.

    And the order of transfers should be the same as in Excel-file element order.

    The oredr really shoul be the same as in the file and this shoulp be appled to all Property Loads.

    Cant you put this into one of your nightly builds?
