Hi,

Is https://isae.aucorsa.es/Public/Aucorsa.svc?WSDL accessible from your browser? Is there a valid certificate on the server?

There is a fix in 5.0 release "Importing WSDL protected by Basic HTTP Authentication is now possible again (SOAP-1331)" that you could try.
