Problem starting multiple instances of ReadyAPI.exe

In our organization, we are facing the same problem. On our Windows Terminal Server, we updated the version from 3.51.0 to 3.65.0 and also updated the SLM. However, only one user is able to start ReadyAPI.exe.

How did you solve this problem?
