Hi JonatanP,
I suspect the issue is related to the licensing of ReadyAPI. Did your company migrate to the ID-based SmartBear License Management (SLM) system? There is a lot of info on the new licensing system, see:

Also: ReadyAPI version 3.50 was released in December 15, 2023 and version 3.53 in May 15, 2024 - did you update to 3.51 and 3.52 and was it working as before or jumped directly to 3.53?
