Parameters for Amazon AWSE Commerce Service

Any body know about the parameters ,which should be pass in Amazon AWSE Commerce Web Service.I am always getting a fault string in response.
<faultstring>The request must contain the parameter Signature.</faultstring>

Please help.Thanks in advance.
