ONVIF WS-BaseNotification - Unable to load wsdl

When I tried to load a wsdl (http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsn/bw-2.wsdl) in SOAP UI, I'm getting following error. Is this means the wsdl is not valid or anything with configurations? I'm new to wsdl and SOAP UI. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
