ONVIF WS-BaseNotification - Unable to load wsdl

When I tried to load a wsdl (http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsn/bw-2.wsdl) in SOAP UI, I'm getting following error. Is this means the wsdl is not valid or anything with configurations? I'm new to wsdl an...
