Did you ever hear back from support?
When you submit a new support request via the SmartBear portal the following should happen:
- A confirmation screen (after you click Submit) that says something like “Creating a case, please wait…”.
- An automatic confirmation email to the address you entered: this email should include the case number and basic details.
- Ability to log in to the SmartBear Support Portal and view “My Cases” or a case list under your email.
