Mock Response

I have created a mock service ans for each response, I need to put desire response delay time.

I see that in each response has a MockResponse proerty tab under which there is an Response Delay property.

Please let me know what is the unit of response delay time its second/milliseconds/minute. Ideally its should be in ms. If I am putting some decimal value like .0345, then it is converting in 0.
