Hello, when running testrunner.bat in soapUI 4.0.1 the log files where ANSI encoded. But as we now have switched to 4.6.4, we found our log files UTF-8 (without BOM) encoded. Is there a way to ...

Differences may come from the encoding used when running soapui. Depending the soapui version, encoding is forced or not to utf-8.
If you are using a script (bat/sh) to start soapui, you could have a look at the JAVA_OPTS variable
