LoadUI Running very slowly on RHEL

No other java based application runs on the machine..
I have changed only the java_opts and nothing from the stock installation..
I will explain the two scenarios what exactly I am doing to connect:-
1st:-
1.Linux OS installed on machine.
2.Logged into Linux.
3.ssh to server
4. run loadUI present on the server.
RAM on machine:- 4 GB.RAM on server:- huge.
Nothing else was running on machine from which SSH was done..
I don't think ssh from linux machine should pose such a huge problem resulting in loadUI running dead slow on the machine.
If i would have used XMANAGER or similar application to access server and run the loadUI then I agree it would be dead slower than the present form.
