Although I've not done this myself, I see no reasons for it not to work. Using soapUI together with loadUI is not an exceptional use case in any way, quite the opposite -- loadUI was designed to be used together with soapUI. If you can design a functional AMF test in soapUI, you should be able to load test it in loadUI.
