LoaduI Clod agent

I am going completely bonkers with this. I have trial LoadUI license, I cam currently trying to access the LOADUI cloud agent, I have  a AWS account ,  I also have a Access Key and secret Access Key. I am trying to access the LOADUI agent controller on Ec2...The moment I try to enter the credentials within LoadUi, I get the message 'Incorrect credentials'. Obviously I am missing smoothing very simple.

 

Please help.

    This is the only information we could receive via amazon api. So i could only suggest you to check if the string is not contains any spaces or other non key symbols.
