LoadUI and SoapUi don't use the same groovy lib version

Hi.

The next release of LoadUI, which will run with SoapUI 5, is scheduled for this week! So if your SoapUI scripts depend on Groovy 2.+, they will work fine with this new LoadUI version.

But please notice that we're not sure yet if LoadUI's own Groovy version will be upgraded. It is currently using 1.8.5. So scripts in LoadUI might still be using this older version (check the release notes).
