LoadUI-2nd run of test case does not hit database

When we run any test case from LoadUI which is the recording of MicroStrategy report which fires SQL in database and displays data on web report. On first run after connecting LoadUI, we see SQLs hitting the database in db log files/tables. But immidiately after that when we re-execute same testcase in LoadUI, it does not hit database at all.

Is there any cache which LoadUI has and takes 2nd run from that?

Because of this problem we have to disconnect and reconnect LoadUI after each single run which is not very time consuming and unnecessarily repeatative. Also LoadUI takes say more than 5 mins to connect every time. Can any one please suggest any resolution for these issues?
