License file removed and invalidated after system reboot

Hi all,   I'm currently running in to an issue whereby my SoapUI NG Pro license file is removed after rebooting my system. If I attempt to reinstall the license file an error is displayed claiming ...

Hi Rao,

 

Thanks for your swift response, the licenses we have are fixed but they are brand new and have not been loaded on to any system previously.

 

The issue is that the license file is being removed from the system after each reboot and is then locked as "in use" because it was activated on the same system the previous day.
