License Activation Issue

Question

Hi,We installed SoapUI Pro in the Virtual Machines in onsite for offshore resource to access through VDIs. Offshore testers tried to install license through VDI, but license activation (*.key files)  is not established. Those VDI machines are having internet connection too. Could anyone help us how to activate the licenses?

We always have license issues. Our proxy blocks it every time so we have to do the email route.

Hi,License issue resolved. Our Admin team installed the license for us with admin rights. So we are good.
