launching testrunner and other batch files

I am trying to launch testrunner.bat via command prompt in windows but am unable to do so.

so let say may command prompt says
C:>
I tried
C:>"program fileseviwaresoapuibintestrunner.bat"
this gives me
the system cannot find the path specified.

I also tried setting the environment PATH to the soapUI bin directory, hoping that then I can call any batch file in the bin folder. That did not work either.

Can you add a feature that allows me to launch testrunner.bat and others runners from any directory if the environment variables have been configured.
