Launch test Runner in SoapUI 3.5.1

Question

I tried executing a test case by launching the test runner in soap UI Pro 3.5.1 . In the SoapUI -launch test runner log, I can see only the single test case executed .But In the Resultspage,it shows the results with few more test cases triggered automatically. In the reports ,test case logs are generated for the other test suites Also the end point is not overrided properly.

Can you help in this issue.
