javafx components

Hi,

I am not able to install the loadui,it stops installation when the javafx has to be downloaded on my local machine.The url to the jar file has been blocked.
So i wanted to know what all are the components of javafx which are included in the smooth functioning of loadui..
Please help me out with the whole set of components...and if not from the url..help me out from where i can get dose components for making load ui work on my machine...

    Hi Saee!

    So your employer is blocking the JavaFX download? Hmm... I've got no idea if this works, but you might want to try downloading the JavaFX SDK from here as a potential workaround. Plan B would be to get the block lifted I guess.

    I'm afraid that's all I can do for you :/

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    The solutions u have provided were thut by me already,so hv asked fr the sdk installation as well as d removal of the block.

    But it wud b gr8 if u let me know frm whr could i have more knowledge about the components linking javafx and loadui and would dere b ne oder way to get dose components.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we are unable to distribute JavaFX ourselves due to the licensing terms from Oracle. The only way to get JavaFX is via the Oracle servers, the only thing we can do for now is have our installer download and install JavaFX for you (via Oracle), as we currently do.

    Hi Dain!

    I wanted to know,what wud b d procedure ahead once sdk is downloaded..
    Also let me know how to make the changes in the jnlp file,if required.

    Hi,

    To run loadUI using the JavaFX SDK you need to install both loadUI and the JavaFX SDK, then you will need to execute the loadUItest.bat file in the loadUI installation directory (this bypasses the jnlp and thus doesn't use webstart to launch loadUI, which is only needed if you do not have the SDK installed).

    Hi,

    While downloading the javafx...following is the message i recieve when i go ahead with the installation of pre-requisites-"Some pre-requisites could not be downloaded.You can try again or remove them from the pre-requisites list." this appears on a pop-up box.

    So what has to be done now??
    Please help asap.

    So you're having trouble installing the JavaFX SDK from Oracle? In that case I suggest you try to contact them instead, as we have no information on how to solve this issue.

    Hi,

    I have finally downloaded javafx n loadui....now can u plz help me out with the further changes as i cudnt get thru with wat u meant by executing loaduitest.bat file...

    If you are using Windows, browse to the loadUI installation directory (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\eviware\loadUI-1.0.1-STABLE\) in Windows Explorer and double-click loadUItest.bat.

    If you are using MacOS, please get back to us.
