More info and a work around.
So as I get more familiar with the bits and pieces, I am finding that I have pretty much pinned down the issue with Scheduler - and its funky.
So first, here is the problem:
1) When you enter a time to start, the hours:minutes:seconds designations are exactly backwards. So in other words, when you enter them, you need to enter the seconds:minutes:hours of the time you want the test to begin. By switching between the full and small view of the component, you can see what I am talking about. See included images.
The solution is to simply enter the time numerals in reverse order. So in the included example, I want the test to start at 7PM, so I enter 00:00:19. If it had been 7:30PM, I would have entered 00:30:19.
Next, the duration is indeed going to cue off of seconds. So I want this to run for 8 hours, so I have to enter 28,800 in the duration.
Of course, life will be better when it just works as it should.
NOTE: While this workaround appears to make the Scheduler work to control a generator, its does NOT appear to facilitate the starting of a VU Scenario.
Thanks,
