Issues Activating a SOAP UI Pro License

Question

Hi all;We bought three licenses of SOAP UI Pro and at this moment we're trying to activate the licenses, but we got lucky only in the first one, the other ones are saying the following message:Unable to activate the messagePlease contact  your administratorWe're in a hurry to use the software.Your help will be very appreciated.Fabian SalazarQuality Assurance ManagerDDC

How long does the Offline Activation Process usually take? I submitted a request yesterday afternoon and I haven't heard anything since.
