Issue with Transaction Per Minute

Hi,

I am working on Load UI project. I am using Fixed rate genarator with a rate 2200 and unit is Minute.

I was suppose to get 2200 transactions per minute but instead I am getting double hits at the server i.e. 4400.

I have checked the Burst Size and it is 1. I am using Load UI Pro 2.6.2

Please let me know what could be the issue?
