IOException: Connection to http:// refused:

While running 200 requests/sec from LoadUI, the system logs show

IOException: Connection to http://192.168.200.75 refused:

Please could someone help me understand what this error indicates and steps to overcome this error

    Do you get the same error with 1/sec? If it's just during high load, I'd say it indicates that the server temporary blocks you (your IP), because you're sending to many requests in too short time.
