Installation .exe Not Working (Windows XP)

Hi. I just downloaded the loadUI 2.1.2 Windows installation executable (loadUI-2_1_2.exe), but I'm getting errors when I try to launch the file. I see a dialog for the install4j Wizard:

install4j Wizard loadUI 2.1.2 is preparing the install4j Wizard which will guide you through the rest of the setup process.

Unfortunately almost immediately after the install4j Wizard dialog appears, an error dialog appears:

Error An internal error occurred (error code: 34) Log: pathi4j_nlog_10

Here are the contents of the i4j_nlog_10 file:

Does anyone know how I might work around this problem and install loadUI on this machine? Thanks in advance!
