Install Linux agent without GUI

Does anyone know if there are installation instructions available on how to install a Linux agent without running the installation in a GUI? I have a number of servers at my disposal for use as agents but they do not have a GUI available to use and per company policy I am not allowed to use a GUI on these machines.
