Incorrect tool tip content for descriptions

The tool tips for project, test suite or test case decriptions do not show the correct content.
Examples:
* XML-parts in the description are somehow processed: only the XML content is shown
* Indentations are completely ignored

    Hi,

    Reason for this is that the tooltips render the description as HTML, I'll improve entitizing and conversion of spaces in the upcoming nightly build.
