Illegal character Error in 4.5

Hi,
I have been using 4.0.1 for my testing webservice.It was working fine for my below url
http://151.149.118.30:9480/public/v1.2/ ... ter=Routed Providers.

Recently i updated SOAPUI to 4.5 and given url gives
below error in log
Fri Jul 04 12:31:47 IST 2014:ERROR:An error occured [Illegal character in query at index 105: http://151.149.118.30:9480/public/v1.2/ ... ter=Routed Providers], see error log for details

Please check how can i resolve the issue with ? in url for the version i am using
