No support till now, not sure why, anything happen to SmartBear on supporting Mac pc???

Yes, of course I did.
Case #00222228: Cannot start Ready API after my license expired, unable to apply new license to it at all!..........
I even tried to call a supporter which my manager gave to me.. but he won't pick up.
