We encounter same issue since version 1.8.5.

Did you submit your case to smartbear support and did you get any answer ?

    I know I got it fixed in the end, it was quite a while ago though so I do not remember what the solution was.  I believe that in the end it was fixed in an upgrade, so may be worth moving to the latest version.

      I have tried with latest version but still have the issue.
