How to update the XML value fetched from database

Hi I am stucked with one situation and please let me know if anyone have the solution for the same Scenario - I fetch the XML from the database and it comes in one property and now I need to updat...

Unfortunately no. But you should be able to find some examples online or even in this forum as well.
