How to handle data with special characters in Data Source step

Hi All,

Have a excel sheet with data where we have special chars(&,<,>..), when loading data to data source it's not loading as it is from excel, it's adding some other junk data like below.Would like to get as it is from excel.

EX1:

In Excel: Test1 & Test2

In data source: Test1 &amp; Test2( adding amp;)

EX2:

In Excel: <Positive Test>

In data source: &lt;Positive Test&gt  (loading &lt;, &gt  instead of <, >)

Please let me know, if any one have any idea to handle this.
