How to get ReadyAPI file based license version 3.42.1

Question

Can anyone suggest me how to get ReadyAPI file based license version 3.42.1.

Currently, I have smartbear sign in license approach but i am getting below error may be due to some network setting but I tried by changing different network settings.

Error:

Unable to log in to SmartBear License Management.

Connect to login.slm.manage.smartbear.com:443 [login.slm.manage.smartbear.com/34.228.76.103, login.slm.manage.smartbear.com/54.84.79.227, login.slm.manage.smartbear.com/44.194.136.11, login.slm.manage.smartbear.com/54.208.136.191] failed: Connection timed out: connect

Hi&nbsp;pavan2&nbsp;If you are not able to contact the license servers due to network restrictions, you can use the info below to convert the license to an offline one. In summary, if you are using a fixed license, the process is more straight forward, but if you are using a floating license, you will need to install an on-premise license manager.
