How to execute the PL SQL script from Ready! API?

I have a PL SQL script for onboarding customers. I am trying to execute the script from SOAPUI NG. Please help me with the options to do it.

      I am able to execute the PL SQL procedure inline. is there any way we can execute the PL SQL procedure from local file?
