Assuming the lack of responses implies this can't be done in the current release of ReadyAPI. How do I go about submitting feature requests? I would consider this a basic use case from a performance reporting standpoint, as I am accustomed to this type of reporting in the other performance tools I've used.

You can submit feature requests here: http://community.smartbear.com/t5/Ready-API-Platform-and-Tools/ct-p/ready_api_forums, use the large Orange button named "Feature requests".
