- are you using SoapUI behind a proxy by any chance?- the services you are testing, have you had issues executing them? The screenshot you provided is just the start-up page, so you may still be able to test your services

Hi, I've worked in organisations where the SoapUI start-up page could not connect to the internet. This was more to do with internet security.
I had no issues testing services inside the organisations firewall.
