Right Click on your project
Show project View
SecurityConfigurations
Under Outgoing WS-Security Configurations Tab
choose the small plus sign
Give this config and name in the text box
Add the default username
In the next pane down again choose the little plus sign
Choose Username
Fill in the blanks with your security info..
Now open your SOAP request that needed the security header
Choose the 'Aut' tab at the bottom
in the WSS dropdown you should see the configuration name - choose it and you are done..
