Gathering results when running distibuted load tests

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to access the raw data that is graphed by the statistics component when running a distributed test. If I run the test locally I can also output to the table log component, which can then be exported to CSV. The table log is disabled when in distributed mode.

Also the release notes for LoadUI 1.01 say that you can now monitor agent status from LoadUI, I assume that this doesn't mean that you can get the performance stats for the agent i.e. CPU, Available Memory etc...

Thanks,

Luke

  • At the moment, there is no way to access the raw data on the agents. We are planning to add this very soon.

As for monitoring the performance stats on the agent, that is another feature that we have planned.

I really hope that you stick with loadUI.

Since my last post, I tried adding an output file to the table log, which is stored on a shared drive that two agents could access. This created two instances of the table log as csv files, although it doesn't indicate which agent the log originates from it does give me two sets of raw data which I can then merge.

It would still be nice to have a log showing the raw data from all agents but this works for what I need for now. It would be also nice to export some graphs in reports, although I can do this in Excel.

I will definately stick with LoadUI though it is a great tool,

    Thanks,
