My suggestion is that you either edit or create a custom report of your own. You could have a project-level report configured to print out the names of all test cases and their description. Then you should be able to generate a report on the project level containing all the information you want to have. Check out the guide on custom reporting at http://www.soapui.org/Reporting/customizing.html to get you started.
