Error loading WSDL with UTF-8 non-ASCII characters

Thank you for your help, guys. There are no problem with the WSDL file. It's encoded correctly with UTF-8, as I demonstrated in the text, and this can be confirmed in the attached file also. SOAPUI 4.6.3 works well and I don't need the enhancements of 4.6.4. For a while I will use the 4.6.3.
