sorry for the delay on this and thanks for your movie; the problem seems to me as if you have different folder structures in the initial and second script library; your class is names soapui.AS24.XXX, which means it should be in a folder "soapui/AS24" under the specified script library folder, but when you change the script library the updated files lack a "soapui" folder before them, do you have such a folder under the default script library? (If yes, please create it in your second script library also and move the exiting classes there instead).
If this helps you out, there is a bug in soapUI that should have detected this immediately when you changed the script-library; for some reason the initially used classes are not removed from memory and thus still available for instantiation under the original package structure.
