judging from the error it seems you xml schema contains reference to a type named "Xml" in the xml namespace; this doesn't look valid but its hard to say if I can't see the entire WSDL and included schemas. Maybe you can try validating the WSDL with another tool (for example eclipse) to see if you get a similar error!?
